# +10% сonversion, 10x faster content: inside Recraft’s AI workflow with KOJI

Every content page costs you more than you think. A writer writes, a designer builds, a developer ships — and that loop repeats for every single page. Working with Recraft, we cut that chain and built a system where content ships 10x faster, with higher conversion rate. Here's how.

## Phase 1: Increasing Blog Conversion

Recraft is a professional AI image generation platform used by over 4 million designers and creative teams worldwide. The blog serves as Recraft’s primary acquisition channel: designers find articles through search, discover the tool, and sign up. Every post is a potential conversion — so presentation matters. When we came on board, the blog structure was basic: a headline, body text, and an FAQ section.

KOJI is an AI-first design studio with a strong Webflow practice. Together with Recraft, we set out to test a hypothesis: how you present content is just as important as the content itself. So we left every word untouched and focused purely on structure and visual design.

We started with a single article and rebuilt it end to end. Broke up the wall of text into structured sections. Added step-by-step cards with illustrations and image galleries. Redesigned the hero — bigger key visual, more impact. Placed bold, image-driven CTA blocks at the top, mid-article, and at the end. Cleaned up the typography throughout and added a banner showcasing the model's output quality.

The A/B test confirmed it: the redesign increased registration conversion by 10%.

## Phase 2: Setting Up a Webflow Website Builder for Independent Content Creation

The next step was giving Recraft's team the ability to build these pages themselves — no designer required.

KOJI built the system around a library of reusable components: a hero with client logos and a CTA, step-by-step instruction cards, image galleries, FAQ blocks, interactive sections for Recraft's generation tools, and resource sliders.

Here's how it works. You open the Webflow Website Builder, browse available components, pick what you need, and drag them into place. Each component adapts to your content — toggle background colors, turn elements on or off, adjust layout and alignment. Add text, drop in images, tweak the settings. Everything happens in a visual editor. The result: a polished landing page in minutes.

The component system also makes updates effortless. Improve one component and every page using it updates instantly.

On top of that system, we built a growing library of reusable page templates — case studies, tutorials, how-to guides. The team picks a template and starts with a ready-made structure. That's how you ship dozens of pages a month without sacrificing quality.

## Phase 3: Speeding Up Content Production 10x with Webflow+AI

Together with Recraft, we started testing AI integration into the Webflow content system. The approach lets one editor produce the volume of content that used to require an entire team. LLMs handle the writing, editors focus on visuals and quality control.

Here's how it works. The whole system builds on a ready-made Webflow component template. Each component has a technical description that defines what elements are needed, how many, and in what order. Take a hero block: it has required elements — headline, subheadline, image, button — and optional ones like partner logos or a feature list.

When a new article needs to go live, an editor runs a script. The script sends a structured input to the LLM — the technical description of each component, plus content context: topic and focus, target audience, key messages, supporting facts and data, tone of voice. The LLM first maps out the page structure — deciding which components to use and in what order — then generates copy for each component based on its description. The copy lands directly in each page block.

The system works with different language models depending on the task and budget. AI handles the writing and consistently maintains tone of voice. The editor's job: review and publish. One person now produces the volume of content that used to require an entire editorial team.

Webflow accelerates how you build. AI accelerates what you say. Your team gets more done. You scale without scaling your headcount.

Here's how the Recraft SEO team describes it:

_"Using Webflow automation workflows developed with KOJI to generate SEO landing pages has been incredibly valuable for our team. Instead of waiting on manual page builds, we can now launch optimized landing pages for new features almost immediately. This has significantly shortened our time-to-audience, allowing us to surface new capabilities in search much faster and start capturing interest as soon as a feature is released. The workflow not only saves time but also ensures consistency and scalability as we continue to expand our product."_
